Overview

Le film tourne autour d’un couple de cinéastes américains qui se retirent sur l’île pour l’été pour écrire chacun des scénarios pour leurs prochains films dans un acte de pèlerinage vers le lieu qui a inspiré Bergman. Au fur et à mesure que l’été et leurs scénarios avancent, les frontières entre la réalité et la fiction commence à s’estomper sur fond de paysage sauvage de l’île.
